I need help and ideas!!!

I hit my heaviest weight ever at 222 pounds. I took control by cutting my portions and starting exercises.. That was in early December and in February when I started at Golds Gym I weighed 216... I have been at the gym for one whole month now.... I still weigh 216 and my inches only went down a little. my hips by 2 inches and my neck 1... that's it. My diet is on track, and I work out everyday and move as much as I can with my injury. I think my trainer is at a loss of what I should as I have tried everything... Any ideas?

    How many calories are you eating per day? Your diary is private.
  • I thought it was public... I talk with my trainer and im trying to reach 1500 a day because I was averaging 1200

    Don't worry you're eating right and going to the gym, therefore you're more healthy than you were before. results will follow.
