That was close to my highest around 370lbs and then more recently having dropped to 322lbs, still a long way to go but it's amazing to see the difference already.

20 lbs difference. 180ish is the first 3. The second 3 are 160. Still a lot to go. But, just came across these and was surprised at the difference 20 lbs has made!

I had to go digging back a long time to find a clear(ish) before facial photo - I was so good at avoiding the camera... Pretty sure it was taken around June 2006.
No hair or makeup done for either photo, so this is totally warts and all :P
