That was close to my highest around 370lbs and then more recently having dropped to 322lbs, still a long way to go but it's amazing to see the difference already.

20 lbs difference. 180ish is the first 3. The second 3 are 160. Still a lot to go. But, just came across these and was surprised at the difference 20 lbs has made!

I don't see a huge difference in my face, but I have to constantly remind myself - it's progress not perfection. That and I'm only about half way there.
