Excercises while healing from surgery?

I recently had ACL surgery I gained weight from lack of mobility not working and eating whatever I felt like. I go to physical therepy 3 times a week and work out at home the other days. I've lost 8 pounds so far and my goal seems so far away. I am limited due to my knee but I push myself. Can anyone tell me exercises I can do without straining my knee?
