I keep hearing how important sleep is to good health and weight loss. So his week I included how many hours of sleep I get every night in my notes. I normally get only 5 hours a night. I have to get more sleep!!! :yawn: :yawn:

  • I frequently want 10+ hours only because dreaming doesn't feel like sleeping. I would kill for 5 hours of solid no dream sleep!

    Ten hours! My family would think I was sick if I got ten hours! I know I need more than five! LoL
