    Let's see.. one last time, if this works:


    Pic #1: Aug 2012, at 240 lbs. In a swimsuit no less. Bad pic, but I felt like a whale already. Pic#2: Me last weekend, dressed up for a friend's wedding.

    Wow, lots of amazing pics! Mine is my profile picture as well. The pic on the left was at 282 lbs and taken in March 2012. The right side was 100 lbs lost, so 182 in December 2012. I am in maintenance now and am still losing. I am at around 108 lbs lost as of yesterday. I am 5' 9" and 43 years old.

    ^^ not much of an advice giver but keep it simple IMO calories in should be less then calories calories out (total not just excersise) ....fad diets fade away for a reason

    I LOVE your ink! have they warped at all with your weightloss, that's one of my concerns? (which is amazing by the way)

    I always shied away from the camera so there aren't many photos of me. I regret it a bit because I have come a long way. So anyone starting out make sure you take progress pictures!!
