      I just declared goal met last week since I am happy with my current BF% level.

      At my heaviest in June/July 2010 ~160 (size 12 tight) / December 28th 2012 ~128 (size 4)

      Starting in January I switched to a weight lifting centric exercise plan and dropped approximately 3% Body fat in the 7 weeks.

      So how in the world did you get your stomach like that! Inquiring minds WANT TO KNOW! Details please!!!!!

      Everyone looks amazing! My side by side is in my profile pic. Pink hair - 148lbs - size 12P - June 2011 vs Brown hair - 115lbs - size 4 - October 2012. I gained a little back in November because of Hurricane Sandy (I live on Long Island, New York, and we had no heat, hot water, electricity, or fresh food for two weeks so I gained 13lbs eating candy and granola bars). I also have better face and stomach side by sides on my profile, feel free to add me :) I'm 4'11 by the way!

      Current = 224.8 pounds

      I want to lose about 60 more pounds... my goal is 165-175 but more importantly, about 24-25% bodyfat. Right now, my BF% is 44.5.

      He keeps me pushing to better myself, each day. I'm not where I wanna be YET...but I'm back in the game and I will get there. I've made a few lasting friendships through MFP that I am so very thankful for each and every day. I appreciate each one of ya'lls sweet comments.

      Use the IMG code from photobucket, but once you paste them here, you have to change them from UPPERCASE to lowercase to get the picture to show in the feed.
