Just joined MFP! Lookin for buddies to motivate eachother

Hi all, i just joined this on monday. Its real handy for keepin track of calories. Iv gained a stone which is like 14lbs and want to take contol and lose weight before gain anymore. Hardest thing for me is craving and i can just eat and eat and am a total sugar addict. Love junk food. So from monday iv started keepin a food diary and trackin cals on this. Im always doin fad diets but never stick to them and ALWAYS end up binge eating. Anyways im just a regular girl who loves food and drinkin lol but really wanna lose a stone so feel free to ad me and we can all motivate eachother. Cheers :-)
