I'm a sales rep for a phone company and I work in a mall so eating healthy is very difficult.

When I have to eat while at work I'll usually get Subway.

I get a 12" Turkey on wheat, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, onions, and banana peppers. I also add a little paramsean.

All together according to nutrionix, its about 570 calories.

I am quite positive that it's their horrible Veggie sub. About the only way you could get less calories is if you got a 'nothing sandwich'.

    LOL^^^^^^ I think a nothing sandmich (<
Not spelled wrong) on flat bread has less calories. Don't forget that your not getting a full 12" sub its 11inches. Just Saying

Does Everyone lie about inches now??

Depends on what they are talking about. :blushing:

If you love meat as much as I do, The Club (roast beef, turkey, ham) is surprisingly low calorie-- I get a footlong on Italian with cucumbers, jalapenos and mustard for around 580 calories. Even if cheese is a must-have for you, that should only bring it up to 680 or so.
