I'm doing good at losing weight, but I would like to lower my Sodium, any tricks to keeping it low, seems like i'm always at 3000-3300, I just wonder if I got it under 2500 if I would be losing more

Eat less salt.. (low sodium products)0

I have the same problem...eat less packaged foods and you will lower it0

I am blaming the possibility of higher sodium intake a few days the last week for my weight gain! I could be wrong but anyway I am thinking the same as above me, less boxed foods should help lower your sodium?0

Cook your own food. Salt is the most common additive to everything.0
