I'm doing good at losing weight, but I would like to lower my Sodium, any tricks to keeping it low, seems like i'm always at 3000-3300, I just wonder if I got it under 2500 if I would be losing more

I am blaming the possibility of higher sodium intake a few days the last week for my weight gain! I could be wrong but anyway I am thinking the same as above me, less boxed foods should help lower your sodium?

Cook your own food. Salt is the most common additive to everything.
  • Have a look at your top three offenders in your food diary then cut them out or change them.
