    anyways honestly, when i signed up for this site i just wanted to count calories to see where i was at then i started seeing that you can build friendships and such on here and some people do actually have good advice.

    Haha lets face it...we probably don't help ourselves by posing in our bikinis or flexing our muscles. I'm not saying stop - damn we are should be proud of how we look after working so hard - but c'mon humans are visual creatures & people are going to look, comment and befriend if its an attractive photo!
