How long have you gone without losing any lbs.

405 days...... yes you read that right !! but I am down 3-4 pant sizes0

I hit a snag and got the scale moving again by not eating any carbs (simple and/or complex) after late afternoon so that they were not being stored. I also drank more milk and upped protein because i think the suggested protein on here is a little low for active people.0

Six months of gaining and losing the same three pounds. Truth be told I wasn't very consistent for all of those 6 months.0
-
3 weeks for me but then lost 2 lbs the 4th week so I guess that made up for it lol.0

6 months! the scale wasn't moving but I felt my clothing become looser:) The scale finally started moving recently. So, the moral of the story, don't look at the scale! Look in the mirror:)0

It's been 14 months now that I have not seen any losses. I have still continues to workout 5 days a week, I lift heavy, and have changed up my workouts and cals. I have seen changes in my body though, and I feel great so I continue to carry on...it will start to drop yet, that I am sure.0

7 long months. boo.0

Like a year or something.
I've fluctuated +5/-5 throughout, but haven't actually lost any significant weight for something like a year.
I finally just said eff it and changed my cals to maintenance, and upped my cardio + relied on lifting and strength training to change my body.0 -
currently at about 7 weeks, but also not gaining.... which is rough since I still have 100 to lose.0

Yes it has been about two months for me as well...and I work out 7 days a week...and never exceed my calories. But muscle weighs more than fat...and I have lost two sizes! So no worries!! It happens and the scale is on its way down again! OOO...maybe look into adding more low fat dairy to your diet....it worked for me!0

2 months, just lost 4 pounds though and broke the plateau!0
-
Two years!! I am on maintenance, so I been keeping the same weight (up and down 2 lbs), since the beginning of 2011.0
-
About 10 months.
Me too! Glad I'm not the only one who has experienced this!!!0 -
On maintenance mode right now so not actively trying to lose anymore. When I was dieting and I mean strict, no cheating, not one calorie over dieting, I still had some weeks where the lbs just didn't drop. I still got it done in under a year so just be patient and stick to the plan.0

Month and a half! I have been bouncing between 127 - 130, now I am at the low end of that.
Scale is not budging, BUT my body looks different and tighter SO I am not stressing it too much :happy:0 -
3 maybe 4 months. But if I compare pics my body is drastically different even though my weight is not significantly different.0

To be completely honest. I haven't lost weight since July of 2012. I've gained weight. I kept within my calorie budget (most of the time) but my food choices were pretty horrible.
During that time I was injured and put on exercise restriction. Then I had some teeth removed in stages so I had to go without exercise for the healing periods. I wasn't really able to do what I loved to do, which is run.
I was down to 231lbs and now I'm back up at 250 (from my starting weight of 335, still an awesome accomplishment but still you get the idea.)
Since I got my mind right I'm still steady between 250 - 253, but with my wife's support and her re-focus and my re-focus I hope to get back to my goal of below 230 by the end of april or may..or hell longer as long as I get there!0 -
around a month without losing ANY, and i'm on month 4 starting march 1st of being SUPER SLOW. I'm currently doing a metabolism reset and have seen great results with the scale dropping.. I guess I wasn't eating quite at TDEE but eating pretty darn close. I think I lost .5 pound or so.0
