My before was the month I joined MFP, now is within the last month or so. I've been up and down since 2010, but I think I'm aging like a fine wine :P0 -
This was at about 70-75lbs lost. Was not my heaviest in the "before" pic. Still a ways to go...it is still hard to for me to tell a difference.0 -
