Hello, all. Just a quick introduction.
I recently joined the forums in an attempt to build a support network for my fitness goals. I am almost at my goal weight, but my main focus has never been to truly lose a vast amount of pounds, but to change my body composition. After working out like a mad woman for the past three years, I've realized that my struggle is not with exercise (which I love and have no problem doing), but my dietary habits. I've reached a point where I will not progress unless I buckle down and truly tighten the reins on the quality of my food consumption.
I hope to get inspiration from you all here.

Welcome and goodluck.....this sight will help you monitor your eating habits and help you see where you have been overeating....because its not just about the calories...the carbs, protein, fat etc are just as important0

Thanks very much! I'm quite conscious about my protein, carb and fat intake... I've been trying desperately to build muscle for a while. This site has actually made me realize that my weight loss plateau is probably due to getting too few calories a day.
I'll eventually get it right.0
