Help - I cant eat enough.

I seriously struggle to reach 2000 calories per day. The only way I can get close to my daily goal of 2600 is by drinking mass gainer shakes with whole milk but they taste horrible and make me feel like crap.

I take several medications which may be affecting my appetite but im not sure. Anyway, does anyone know of any good appetite stimulators?

    Just eat nuts or peanut butter. Anything calorie dense is a good choice. Look for healthy sources of fat.

    Yes, eat more fat. Nuts, nut butters, avocado, cook with fat, use olive oil based salad/sandwich dressings. Fat has more than twice the calories of carbs and protein. And it makes food taste yummy.

    Yeah i've been eating scoops of peanut butter with milk, but doesn't seem to be doing the trick. I eay small breakfasts because im never hungry in the morning, usually a big lunch but dinner time im never in the mood to eat especially after i've worked out. I think theres something wrong with me lol.

    Looking at your picture, it would seem that you have too much hair in your face. Perhaps if you could see how appetizing your food looked, you may be hungry more often. Or, eat ice cream.
