I gained an inch in my early 20s, but I was heavier then than I am now.

i grew an inch, then I finished and I lost it.
    I witnessed this.

    with a magnifying glass.

I had a bod bod assessment done last week and to my surprise I was a whole inch taller than I've thought myself to be my whole life.
We chalked it up to better posture or decreased compression on my spine due to weight loss.

Has anyone else experienced a change in height?
I had the same a few weeks back when I had a general check up - a late growth spurt of 1 inch, upwards not outwards.

I always thought I was 5'7", but no one had measured me in years. A couple of years ago, I went to a new doctor who measured me and I'm 5'8". That's enough, though, I don't want to grow any more!

Hope that happen to me. At 5'1", I've always wanted to be taller. Too bad it can't add about 5 inches.

By a quarter of an inch, yes. Not by an entire inch though!

Yes! Discovered I was 5'4 instead of 5'3 during a physical last year. Not sure exactly when it happened since I don't measure my height that often but was definitely pleasantly surprised.
