what are things people tend to forget when dieting.. and Whats the best way too over come...


I'm more active now more then i have ever been.. But I'm forgetting One of my major problems, forgetting not "too over Eat"......
And i know i am not the only one with these problems...

    Drinking plenty of water. Especially if you are staying more active. I try to drink about 100oz a day. Your body needs it and it will also help you with overeating. I have a bottle that holds 25oz and it has a dial that helps me track how much I am drinking. Uou could also keep water bottles in your fridge and number them.
