    2300 Cal daily diet:
    BreakFast:
    Oatmeal (protien powder/ almond soy free milk)
    Gym
    Grapefruit/ Splenda
    Snack:
    Granola Bar and/or Sun Chips/ Rice Snacks and/or some type of fruit/ or salad, 1/2 turkey sandwhich (let, tom)
    Lunch: (I like this to be my BIG meal of the day caloric wise)
    Example: Chicken wrap/ small salad or grilled baked pork chops w/ steamed veggies.
    Snack:
    Granola Bar and/or Sun Chips and/or some type of fruit/ or salad, 1/2 turkey sandwhich (let, tom)
    Gym
    Dinner:
    Progessive (or other) soup w/ small salad, or Tuna sandwhich w/ small red baked potatoe, or LARGE veggie plate, or turkey burger w/ spear pickle, or baked fish/ shrimp w/ side veggies.
    Snack:
    Quaker Rice Snacks
    Bed.

    Please Note***This menu changes daily, keep it fresh. Bread should be 100% Whole Wheat, Drink plenty of water throughout the day, try to eat at least every 3 or 3 1/2 hours. Meals and Snack should consist of Protien, Carbs, Fat.

    Sorry Joe. Not sure I can help much. You can friend me and look at my daily diary, but I currently my target set pretty low (1,400) and I try to stay under it as much as possible. Tune back in around Aug-Sep and I hope to be in a maintenance phase andhave my target calories quite a bit higher.

    And as saxmaniac says, be warned. I tend to save a few calories for my beer! :drinker:
