    made it and loved it- still have left overs in the fridge.
    will never buy packaged taco seasoning again- that was too easy to mix.

    I got 6 1 cup portions and they worked out to be 340 calories each when I plugged it in to the data base. Followed the recipe to a T so not sure why that is.

    Just a reminder to most to plug in before just downing any ol recipe! 340 is not high- but its a number that makes me more mindful of the rest of the meal.

    It was really good. I substituted the turkey w/ morning star meat substitute and used 75% fat free cheddar from Cabott instead of regular cheddar cheese. My hubby and I really enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing.

    The variance was probably due to using a different brand of ingredients and/or a different brand or type of ground turkey. I'm always amazed when I tweak my existing recipes if I switch to a different brand. Sometime the cals go up (nad I switch back) or they go down.
    This is going on my menu plan for next week! It sounds delicious!
