    Technically it's not cheating... Because I got my workout in and I have the calories to spare. I will be having a traditional Friday night fish fry for dinner. And I will enjoy every bite. :)

    Vegetable pizza (frozen) as it's fairly late and I've been food shopping to bulk cook tomorrow...but it's only 1/2 a pizza so not feeling too bad. Oh, and a couple glasses of wine but I haven't had any since last week and it's rare that I'm off on a Friday night and on lates Saturday so its nice to unwind after a busy, stressful week.

    HOWEVER, I've gone ever so slightly over my cals and I've finished logging for today but I'm craving a few Lindt chocolates...and a whiskey. I've been under the past few days, I'm going for a run tomorrow and it's that dreaded time of the month so I maaaaaaaaay treat myself.

  • I eat ice cream daily! Eat a balanced diet and make sure it fits within your macro/calorie goal and you have nothing to worry about!

    I was planning a garlic bread cheat today with mama bella or mia bella or whatever garlic bread, but i just had to force myself to drink one of my standard meal replacement shakes just cause it's past time. I haven't been hungry for awhile. unsure why? I've been dying for macaroni grills spaghetti and meatballs bolognese for days tho' and if i got the chance I'd probably eat the whole thing today instead of the more legal eat half/take half home routine.
  • Had 10 piece chicken nuggets meal at McDonald's today (medium size), but felt a little guilty. I didn't really think to consider calories in the drive-thru! Oh well. I Zumba-ed at home today so I burned it all anyway!

    I ate my entire cup of soup, which is technically 2 cups. Either eating fried fish or mac & cheese for dinner.

    Nothing yet. Still in the green today, even with a nice, fat Chipotle burrito for lunch :D
