Very, very new.

Hi there! I've never had a very good relationship with food and exercise and hope that through myfitnesspal that I'll be able to lose weight a healthy and safe way. I gained roughly eighty pounds in three years from medications I was put on, and before that I was about ten to twenty pounds under weight. I just can't seem to get it right! I'm hoping that I'll be able to lose what I need, and I am doing it all for me.
