    well done. you have shown that the belly can reduce if we keep at it. i have hope now. i look at my belly everyday for signs of shrinking

    I'm at 14 and I haven't noticed a difference in myself either! Fear not, i'm sure it's there somewhere :) It'll show up suddenly I hope!
