If this happens, I usually just go to bed and sleep - works every time.
If you can't sleep, drinking tea helps. Try distracting yourself with something that really interests you.0 -
curl up with a good book0

I usually just sip on water and look through my inspirational photos on my phone >< or I'll pull up blogilates on my Xbox and do some of that until it makes me tired then I fall asleep ^^0

I am on the Visalus shakes, the main reason I like them is they help me over come my cravings cause I can make them taste like some of my Favorite things, for around 200 calories. I also try to drink a lot of water0

Ive taken up crocheting. It forces me to focus AND keeps my hands off of food0

Try having Casien protein powder shake before bedtime. Its slow digesting so it will also help keep your metabolism going while keeping lean muscle growth. I try to take the casien shake at 9pm at the latest also.0

Have a bedtime snack you eat right before bed at a certain time.. then you have something to look forward to.
Glass of milk, handfull of nuts, or for me I have a piece of toast with peanut butter.. I'm suspected hypoglycemic though and its the only way I don't wake up at 2am drenched in sweat and freezing cold0 -
I schedule my workouts at night to avoid this problem.0

Try drinking water and eating sliced pineapples. They're low in calories and sweet/tangy....might help with the cravings!! Good Luck!!:devil:0

I have this problem too. I have found that make a protein shake with some fruits and almond milk helps immensely!! In fact, I'm having one now to calm down my cravings. My shake has a cup of almond milk, a few handfuls of spinach, and a cup of strawberries. The powder I grabbed Is Eas lean 15. All together the shake is under 250 calories0

I think scheduling a late-night snack might be a good idea, because then you don't have to worry about cheating.
A lot of the time I'll just go to bed (if it's a reasonable hour). I often get cravings just because I'm bored.0 -
Im going to have to try the shake thing thanks for the advice! I have a shake that i use for meal replacement which is lean 1 from smoothie king do yall think that would be ok to use or too much sugar for late night snack? Wouldnt that keep you up?0

Mine doesn't keep me up. I just looked at my diary. With all the stuff I put in mine, it's exactly at 250 calories. I like to get the extra nutrients in my smoothies0
