Hey there,

I'm a vegetarian, generally focused on eating Low GI foods, and have PCOS so am always struggling with weight loss.

I have a blog with a bunch of recipes that I make and love. I try to add to it as often as I remember (admittedly, not that often). Thought I would share some of my fav recipes with you guys. Also, I have the basic nutritional info for each meal as I have them prepared.
