    any c25k app recommendations?

    I'm looking to starta c25k program and an not sure which one to go with. Amy recommendations? oh I have Android.

      I found c25k by zen labs llc for free on my android phone. the whole program is free not just the first couple weeks like most i found. hope it helps

      I have C25K by "Clearsky apps" on my Ipod. I really like it, though I did pay for it. ($1.99 I think). I tried the free one by zen labs before but didn't like it as much.

      There is a free podcast from the NHS, it's pretty good, I started it today.

      RunDouble. Try the first two weeks for free, purchase the full program for less than 2 bucks, and you can purchase 8 and 10k programs later from within the same app. It also allows online tracking and sharing, tells you when you're halfway so you know when to turn around, and works with your own music playlists.
