Just for fun...what do you think...?
I found a pin on Pinterest that was talking about Jessica Simpson's body in the Dukes of Hazzard and it said she did the following workout 5 times a week:
10 min treadmill warmup (walk to jog)
2 or 3 x 20 reps dumbell rows in squat position
2/3 x 20 reps squats
2/3 x 20 reps lying dumbell tricep extensions
3 x 12 reps reverse lunges (per leg)
8 min treadmill run
3 x 18 reps bicep curls in lunge position (per leg)
3 x 18 reps lateral raise in lunge position (per leg)
8 min treadmill run
20 x incline crunches
3 x 18 reps prone kneeling leg extensions (per leg)
3 x 15 reps forward lunges (per leg)
8 min treadmill cooldown (jog to walk)
Think that workout would give her those results (with a good diet of course)?
And please don't rant and rave talking crap...this is just for fun

I don't know, but if that's what she did it would be worth looking at for me. I thought she was so smokin' in that film.0

Right?! She weighed a little less than I like, but I think she's about 4-5 inches shorter than me too lol..but yea, smoking hot!0

I'd advise lower reps and heavier weights. Also, I don't trust these celebrity workouts. I tend to think magazines make them up to sell magazines. So maybe do all the same exercises, just use heavier weights so you do fewer reps (to failure) - or alternatively try a heavy lifting programme like stronglifts. And you're right about the diet too, you can't out train a bad diet.0

I think you should do that routine everyday right in front of me (or at least video it) so I can watch! It will be an official study, you can write a paper about it and get some credits. See, I am so much more than a pretty face!0

when you get paid to work out, have personal trainers, chefs and dieticians on speed dial, anything is possible.0

No ab work. Goes to show that you don't need to do abs work to have them show.
With that many reps, the weights were probably really light considering she doesn't look very strong.

It looks like a good routine I think! A lot of work but then again you need to work hard to achieve your goals right?0
