    Think about how good you'll feel after you make it though the whole hour. Think about how much better you'll sleep tonight knowing you put in your all. Think about how good you'll look in 3, 6, 9, 12 months if you stay consistent and keep pushing yourself. Imagine me yelling all of this in your face like Jillian Michaels on the biggest loser :laugh:

    It has been my experience that exercise helps lessen the cramps from TOM. Your mileage may vary, of course. How are you doing? I hope you made it an hour! You'll feel better for having done it, I bet. Way to go!!

    I did 45 mins. It's not just the cramps but the general yuckiness feeling, extra sweaty and feeling judged. It's all good I walked today and will probably going swimming. Thanks everyone!! Sorry I didn't make it a full hour :c

    Any amount of caloric burn is better than none at all. If working out for a long period of time doesn't appeal to you, look up some HIIT workouts. They're short, but they leave you sweating and panting.
