    9 months. WOW!!! this keeps me motivated. I am starting month 3 and almost down 50 lbs. You look fantastic. Maybe I need to start Zumba.

    You look great !! Thanks for sharing.. I have been thinking about doing some zumba and yoga at the gym.. I just have been brave enough to take that step yet.. Its a new gym to me and I dom y cardio/strength...but I want to break it up and do more stuff instead of the same routine..:smile:

    You should try it-- every instructor has their own style too, so you may want to try out a few. I got lucky and found the best right away!
