For those asking for tips here goes:

I really honestly use MFP a lot! I count calories, try to eat 3/4 of my allotted calories in a day if I don't exercise, and all if I do. I eat little to no carbs on one day, then the next I will eat carbs but only in the morning. I do not like to eat carbs, because that was my main food addiction. I will eat one and then instantly I'm craving more, so I tend to stay more towards fruits/veggies/meats that kinda thing. I also have gone from walking a slow mile to walk/jogging 2-4 miles at a time. I absolutely love it. I know most people who have never jogged do not understand when people say they love to do it, but honestly, I do lol. I try to wait until I am truly hungry to eat. I also take every single opportunity I have to do something physical, even if it's something as simple as parking in the back of the parking lot. Hope that helps!
