    I cannot believe how much motivation I'm getting from all of you and this challenge! Thanks, everyone! Yesterday was my first time to do 1 hour fast walk, and today this challenge pushed me to reach 10k (in 82 min! I'm proud of it!).

    Good job, everyone, let's keep it going! We can do it!

    Thanks! :) I am 6'3'' so I think that goes in favor of pace/speed, but I've noticed that I feel really comfortable around 4.4 - 4.5 mph.

    at this rate, I'd double my goal, but trust me, that won't happen. It just has me running both days.

    2.1 miles yesterday and 2.4 miles today =] hope i can keep this up... because my other goal besides 60miles in march is run at least 1 mile everyday in march so so far so good

    I've never done one of these challenges but need some Motivation so here goes. I did 1 mile today and my goal is 75 miles this month!

    If you go to livestrong.com and enter, loops, in the search bar, you can enter the "form a loop" page and map out your walking or running route. You enter your address and a google map comes up and you just trace your route. At the side it will tell you distance, elevation changes and all kinds of info. I do this for all the places I walk. Give it a try.
