    That seems like a lot of thought for a little bit of cookie. It's just a freaking cookie. Eat it, or don't, and move on with your life.

    I gather that there are quite a few people here who have moved on to obesity.

    In some misguided attempt to be a healthier person I gave up baking for lent :sad: So my 1 question is Can I just eat some raw cookie dough since that does not include the use of an oven?

    Hmmm. I can get by with just 2 questions:

    1. Do I want that cookie?

    2. Do I have enough calories left to cover it?

    I don't even bother with question 2. If my answer is yes to question 1, I'm gonna have the cookie.

    If that's the case, then quite a few people here are eating really, really, REALLY large cookies.
  • Question 1. Are there cookies in the house?
    Question 2. Burp, nope, no other questions, the answer to question 1 is 'not anymore'
  • Your questions are fine for those who possess willpower , but for the few who do not (like me) you need to add "Is there something just as delicious and more nutritious that I can get my hands on instead?". :)

    9. DO YOU REALLY WANT THAT AND WHY?
    10. ARE YOU EXHAUSTED?
    11. ARE YOU COVERING EMOTIONS WITH FOOD?
    12. ARE YOU SURE YOU REALLY WANT THAT?
    13. HOW LONG WILL IT MAKE ME FEEL FULL?
    14. HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE YOU LAST ATE?
    15. HOW WILL YOU FEEL AFTER YOU EAT?
