YUM YUM...this is what I created for my breakfast today
1 banana (very ripe)
1 frozen nectarine (skin on, cut into pieces, de-pitted)
1/4 c unsweet vanilla almond milk
1 T raw cacao nibs (unsweet)
In a small food processor, break in banana chunks, frozen nectarine (mine was cut into quarters and de-pitted before freezing it), and half of the almond milk. Pulse to blend. Add the rest of the almond milk, keep pulsing until smooth ice cream sorbet texture results.
Scoop into bowl, top with cacao nib "sprinkles". so yummy
