    The left is where I've come from. Down about 30 pounds on the right, and that was 3.5 years ago. I'm still maintaining that right-side weight, but I've definitely turned some fat into muscle. Feeling good!

    Left is 190 pounds, center is 182 pounds and right is 172 pounds. I have since lost about 4 pounds and am still a work in progress.
