fml. after forcing myself to workout...

Despite being hungover and hormonal, I worked out for over an hour. Then I went and got an oat bar at Starbucks. I thought it'd be low calories but have carbs for after a workout, you know? Nope. Ate back all the calories I burned :c dammit.

Those oat bars are evil. Especially the oat fudge ones.

I always plan what I'm going to eat after a workout, usually something high in protein for the rebuilding :)

Exercise is healthy regardless of whether or not you eat back your calories, not a waste of time.

Well consider this a learning experience. You now know that Starbucks oat bars are high in calories. If your going to treat yourself to something (and it's the same calories) it might as well be something you really want. Not just something you think is healthy.
Atleast your calorie neutral. You ate and burned. No harm done.

All of the baked goods from Starbucks are ridiculously high calorie. This is true at most restaurants and other food places. This is why I only eat at home :-/

I bought some fibre one bats for future post or pre-workout snacks.
