I've decided to have Chinese for dinner (my weekly cheat meal), but I'm going to make it myself so I know exactly what's going into it as far as salt, carbs, protein, etc. is concerned. I make a pretty decent General Tso's chickenlove0082.gif and I'm going to have some of that and an egg rolllove0082.gifbut I've already factored it into my calories for the day.happy014.gif

SO HOW ABOUT A RECIPE FOR GENERAL TSO'S CHICKEN? THAT'S ONE OF MY FAVORITE

Go to Recipezaar.com and search for "Evergreen's General Tso's Chicken". That's the recipe I used and it comes out wonderfully! Except that I don't marinate my chicken, I just dredge it in flour and seasoning and let it sit in the fridge for about an hour before I fry it.
