Record everything. Track your calories going in and out - get a heart rate monitor to really track your calories burnt. It's 70% diet so decide your goals go all in. Don't listen to the fad diets, everything is important. Carbs, fat - all very important in weight loss. It's a marathon NOT a sprint.
