NSV. Doctor said she almost didn't recognize me

last Thursday I had an unplanned visit to the doctor. Given the nature of the visit I decided to go for a swim before it. Swam 4.3km. Went in my post workout clothes.

As usual, the first thing they do is have me get on the scale. For the first time I didn't stop to take of my sneaker which weigh about 8 ounce total. Officially, my weight was 47.5 pounds lower than back in May when I had my physical. 70 from the highest they had on my record.
The NSV part was when my doctor came into the exam room she did a double take and said she almost didn't recognize me.
That was cool.
Not so cool was getting a ragin' roid excised. Finally able to go swimming again today.

The worst part of the other thing was not swimming for 3 days. :) Small price. Of all the things it could have been, it was the most benign. I can take that.

You are right. It was a combination SV/NSV.

Back in the pool tonight. 5km planned.
