A splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar!!

I agree! Splurge on a good aged balsamic vinegar and it will feel like a treat. I have a misto so I can spray just a little bit of garlic infused olive oil on my salads and then I top with some fresh cracked pepper.

Caesar... ultimate favourite, then honey and mustard, sweet chilli... I know these can be calorific but make your own or have less. I quite like balsmic vinegar too.

I often don't have any just have a decent portion of homemade coleslaw as my 'sauce'.

I love love love the salad spritzers! They even come in Ranch, and are way lower in calories than the original. Only 15 calories for 10 sprays. I ususally do 15 sprays. But still only about 20 Calories!

I'm hooked on Bolthouse Farms Tropical Mango Olive Oil Vinaigrette. Taste great as a marinade for chicken and fish as well. YUMMY!!!! Their Raspberry Merlot is really great too.

I've been using wishbone Italian balsamic vinaigrette made with olive oil, and I really like it. I also love tangy tomato, but I can't find it here.

Balsamic vinegar alone, just a light sprinkle, but would really rather have a dusting of blue cheese too.

I'm addicted to it too and now everyone around here quit selling it, I could drink it out of the bottle. Maybe I need to see if I can buy it direct?

Tessemae's Soy Ginger, I found it in the produce section at Whole Foods. It reminds me of a Japaneese steakhouse dressing, all natural.
