TWO healthy things ...

What are two healthy things that you plan on doing for yourself today?

I plan to ....

1) Take a nice walk after my staff meeting (today's technically a rest day, but I want to burn at least 2000 calories total today)
2) Drink 96oz of water today!

    1. Look in the mirror and tell myself "You look fantastic!"
    2. Go to the gym to make myself look even more fantastic :)

    Awesome! Water is the hardest thing for me, but we can do it!

    1. STRETCH. I ran a 10 miler yesterday and my whole body aches today from it. So instead of taking a rest day I'm breaking out the P90X stretch video and doing that this afternoon.
    2. Get at least 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables.
    3. Drink lots of water- at least 96 ounces- to continue rehydrating myself after yesterday's race.

    1) Stick to my juice fast
    2) Walk for at least 60 minutes
    3) Yoga/Stretching
    4) Prep dinners and lunches for the rest of the week (without eating ANY of it tonight!)

    2 x 2 = 4 healthy things! :laugh:

    1) Did it already ran the furtherst I have ever ran in a long time (close to 3.5 miles...yes It was a treadmill but It's do damn cold outside in NJ)

    I plan to eat a healthy diet (which i haven't for a week and I plan to make it to the gym tonight (which I also have bailed on)
  • 1) Drank nothing but water so far today and plan on to stick to it and hit 100 oz today
    2) going to the gym and doing the burn and firm class at the gym (its horrible and i wanna die ever time i do it but its awesome at the same time)

    1) Run 3 miles and do a lower body weight session (check!)
    2) NOT feel stuffed when I go to bed tonight. I always overeat at night and after dinner, so I'm going to try and keep it lighter tonight.

    I already did my three miles on the elliptical and weight training, so check one off that list.

    The other is to sit down and meal plan for the week, because I suck at remembering to cook when I don't plan ahead. I'm addicted to calendars and planning, haha.

    i have my calories/fats in check and I am working out 90 minutes of water jogging and 15 minutes of leisurely swimming.:smile:

    It is hard to drink that much water, but so healthy. Yes, we can do it!!!
