Need a little advice. I have not had much of an appetite lately.

What do you eat when you are just not hungry but need to add to your calorie intake.

    Nut butters. Don't need much to make a difference. Just a piece of toast with a couple tablespoons of peanut butter on it :)

    I been munchin on blackberrys lateley
    there good and low on calories.
    Also what about popcorn? low low butter packages

    Healthy fats are densest in calories: nuts, seeds, pemmican, avocados, olive oil.

    You can also try upping your carbs a little, and see if it stimulates your appetite. Proteins tend to curb your appetite.
