    1) Run 3 miles and do a lower body weight session (check!)
    2) NOT feel stuffed when I go to bed tonight. I always overeat at night and after dinner, so I'm going to try and keep it lighter tonight.

    I already did my three miles on the elliptical and weight training, so check one off that list.

    The other is to sit down and meal plan for the week, because I suck at remembering to cook when I don't plan ahead. I'm addicted to calendars and planning, haha.

    i have my calories/fats in check and I am working out 90 minutes of water jogging and 15 minutes of leisurely swimming.:smile:

    I did Pilates and will drink my 8 glasses of water today!

    Awesome! Water is the hardest thing for me, but we can do it!


    It is hard to drink that much water, but so healthy. Yes, we can do it!!!
