1) Run 3 miles and do a lower body weight session (check!)
2) NOT feel stuffed when I go to bed tonight. I always overeat at night and after dinner, so I'm going to try and keep it lighter tonight.0 -

I already did my three miles on the elliptical and weight training, so check one off that list.
The other is to sit down and meal plan for the week, because I suck at remembering to cook when I don't plan ahead. I'm addicted to calendars and planning, haha.0 -
i have my calories/fats in check and I am working out 90 minutes of water jogging and 15 minutes of leisurely swimming.0

I did Pilates and will drink my 8 glasses of water today!
Awesome! Water is the hardest thing for me, but we can do it!
