jumping rope...

Other than the obvious cardio benefits, does jumping rope provide any strength training benefits?

    You can get a weighted jump rope which can add some resistance training of some sort to your arms and from the jumping that will add legs and bootay!!

    jumping rope develops rythm, hand eye coordination, footwork/balance, and explosiveness. Boxer, ball players, and dancers love jumping rope.
