I`m 56 years old. I started at 150, I am now 140, aiming for a goal of 130 perhaps 125 , see how I feel and look..0

I'm 5'3" and I keep re-adjusting my goal weight. My original goal was 139 lbs, but I wasn't happy there, so then it became 135lbs, then 130 lbs, then 125 lbs, and now that I'm 123 lbs., my new goal is 120 lbs. However, I'm pretty sure that 120 lbs. will be my ultimate cut-off.0

I'm almost 5'3" and I weigh 115lbs. To be honest, I haven't weighed this weight since I was 18 and wanted to join the Marines. Now that I'm back at the weight, I thought I would be happy. But, I would actually like to gain muscle instead and tone up and weigh around 120-125. So, I'm working on trying to do that instead of loosing weight if that makes sense Everyone is different though and their bodies are different so you need to find what works for you!0

I'm 5'2 goal is 58KG (127 pounds)
CW 65.6KG (144 pounds)0 -
I am exactly 5'2" and 43 years old; my goal weight is about where I'm at now 119 (I'm at 15% body fat)....my heaviest was 152, I have a medium bone structure and hour glass figure.0

I have no idea haha, my first goal is 180, & my ultimate (i think) will be 140. I'm not sure how i'll look/feel, but i think that's a good place for me, especially since i wanna gain a lot of muscle.0

I am 5'1 and 125 pounds. my goal is 110 or a size 2-40
-
I'm 5'2.5". I'm 54+ and my goal weight is 135. When I was younger, the goal was 118. As I got older, that looked skeletal. I'm currently 149 lbs.0
-
My goal is is between 125-130. I plan on having some lean muscle as well so it would be closer toward to the top of that number.0
-
I'm 5' 2", goal of 115. I've been 105ish and it looked rather deathly on me, ED. I'm 120 now and happy, but I'd like to loose some and gain some tone.0
-
I 5'2 and 3/4 My first goal weight was like 110.... But thats when i was starving myself. Now my goal weight is around 120! I am currenty between 125 - 130... I havent weighed in awhile0

I am a petite 5'2" (small frame) and I looked my best at 95lbs (thank you Bikram!).
I'd like to be in that range again, I gained a few pounds when I took a hiatus from working out from August-December 2012. Doing a lot of strength training to rebuild muscle.0 -
i'm 5'1.5, and my goal is to be about 95-105. I was extremely happy at that weight a few years ago.
CW: 150.
Loong ways to go.0 -
I am 5' 2" and CW is 165 - I was at 232 at the top....my current goal weight is 145 which puts me in a healthy BMI. I weighed 132 when I got married and people thought I was fat - I look at pictures and that truly isn't so - I am 55.5 and I think after 2 kids a 142-145 weight will work for me - not married weight but not fat....I feel great now but still want a healthy BMI0
-
110-120, I know that's a wide range but I haven't been that weight so I have to see how it goes as I get closer to a number. Don't want to look unhealthy0
-
I'm 5'2, and my goal weight is 115, but my ultimate goal weight is 1000
-
I'm currently 123lbs. Honestly, currently, I don't care. I initially had it at 115, but changed the goal to maintenance so that I could get my numbers closer to what I wanted. I'm doing cardio and weight training and will just trust that when I don't have cellulite and body is tight again, I'm there (whatever that # may turn out to be).0

i'm 5'2 ...highest weight 170, lowest ever weight 109.....current weight 113, goal 1080
-
I'm 5'2.... and 55-58kgs is my goal0
-
I'm 5'2, I currently weigh 150. My goal is between 115 and 120!0

I don't do the dukan diet, but out of any way to figure out how much I should weigh this made the most sense to me.
We can't expect to be 40 years old and weigh what we did in high school, that is my thought, my opinion only.

I am 5'2 and weigh 135 and its very hard to maintain at 5'2 and I run 25 miles per week and eat paleo/low carb/healthy.0
-
I'm 41 yrs old and 5-2. My goal weight is 130. I remember being 119 as a freshman in HS and feeling good, but I just think that's going to be too difficult to maintain at my age now..0
-
My first step is to get to 135 (which is my pre baby weight), then second step is 120-125 (highschool weight) if it is still possible. Even if I get stuck at 135 I think i'd be happy.0
-
My first goal was 130 (which I hit a month ago!) but now I'm thinking I could lose 5 more.0
-
At first I thought my goal was 119, but now I am thinking maybe closer to 130. I dont know =/ CW is 158. Down from 187. ETA 2 years I got down to 139 and still felt very fat so I think maybe an additional 10lbs from that weight would be good for me.
Hi, I'm 5'2" and goal is 120. I didn't have that much to lose (13 total) but its still a challenge. Congrats on your current loss and you'll know when you've reached where you want to be.0 -
I am 5'3 and my goal is 145
SW 260
CW 180
GW 1450 -
My goal weight is currently 150. I know my BMI says something different but I want to be at a weight where I feel comfortable and happy with myself. Plus 120 pounds may be too skinny for me.0
-
Nice to see so many people my size! lol
I'm 5'3-ish, currently 130 lbs and my goal is 120 lbs.
I'm also 48 years old (gasp) and I find it much harder to stay in the 120 range. I do exercise regularly (walking, skiing, riding, zumba-ing) but these days it seems that I am stuck at 130 lbs.
Before I had kids, my normal (effortless) weight was between 115 and 120. Before I hit 40, I never worried or cared about my weight, it always stayed around 125 lbs. But now, if I don't watch it, I'll go above 130...darn middle-age body!
Which is why I'm on MFP. I am trying to be careful and watch calorie intake etc. Wiinters are especially hard, with the holidays, reduced activity etc. I'm sure it will get better when the weather gets warmer and drier.0
