    That is awesome! I have PCOS as well and am down 120 lbs. It is very hard but it can be done. :)

    It's also nice to see someone who took a while to get it off. It is frustrating to be plugging along slowly and see story after story of "I lost 100 or 150 pounds in 6 months!". I'm happy for those people, but it isn't my reality, so it is frustrating.

    Again, congratulations on making it work. Makes me believe that I might have some success some day.
