My secret, was to keep under my calorie count and I took up running... granted when I started I might have been able to call it a slowtrot. now, my goal it's to tone my muscle a bit. I hope to upload some pics once I get in front of my laptop, but I was excited & had to share

Good for you! such an inspiration.
I have to believe running played an integral part of my journey as well.
I haven't done much due to the weather/season...and I can tell.. I love weights though, I bet you will too!

Thanks for posting. You are a super success. I looked at the math....I know it probably did not come off as exactly as this but you used up 2 pounds of stored energy every single week...that is 7,000 calories beyond normal energy expenditure. Which means you created that calorie deficit with hard work, sweat, and maybe even tears. What a transformation. Congratulations. You look healthy and happy...what more is there?

Such an inspiration. I need to lose 114 lbs to be the size of person I need/want to be. So far I have lost 4. So It will be a journey for me. Reading your journey is a great way to be inspired. Plus I love the title and pray that I join the club of persons who have lost more than 100 lbs. Hope to join you next year!!!
