I'm 5'2 , 47yrs old and I'm at goal now which is 119lbs. I was thinking to drop a few more but my doctor said to stop.0

I started at 170. I'm hovering just above 130 right now (which is on the higher end of what I weighed as a teen/young adult/pre-kids) and I feel pretty confident. I've been in the lower 100s and it's just too small for my frame and too hard to maintain. 120 was my ultimate goal weight starting out, but the more I've learned on here the more I want to focus on getting fit and strong. So I'm hoping through more lifting and strength training I can still look how I did at 120, even if that means I weigh more. If that makes sense ;-)0

I am with you would so love to just get to 165 and maintain and if I could keep going then 155. I am 5'2 also. I live in Australia. Keep up the good work one and all.0

I'm 5ft nothing...several years ago I was well over 200lbs....I now weigh 106-107..... It was bloody hard but it's achievable.0

i'm 5'2" and right now weighing in at 130 lbs. roughly 23% body fat when i last got dexa scan measured. i'd love to be about 19-20% body fat. i think that would be around low 120lbs0

I'm 5'3 and am aiming for 112. I have a small frame and was not blessed in the bust area at all so this is a good amount for me I feel.0

I am 5'2" and my first goal is to be 140, Then I will reevaluate and see if I need to go lower. I am also hitting 50 yrs old, so we will see0

I'm 5'1+", SW was 182, CW is 164, and I'm honestly not sure what my goal weight is. It seemed like my body really liked to hover around the low 130's through high school, so that's my aim, but I'm lifting now and if that muscle makes me heavier, that's fine. I'd like to get down to a 23% BF, though.0

I am between 5'2" and 5'3" and my original goal weight was 125 but now that I am there I think I could get down to between 115 and 120 without being too skinny. I0

I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 130-135, CW is 1510

My goal is 130./128 I am about 5'2 ish. My SW was 175 when I started my journey of( March 2011) I got down to 134 (October 2011) SeI felt amazing at that weight. But then I just started to everything and that I pleased and went back to 150 (July 2012) I hated the way I looked in the upper 140s All the weight goes right into my face and belly. My CW is 141. I have learned my lesson and won't let myself back into the 140s once.0

5'1.5'' and ultimate goal weight is 125, first goal weight 140. The least I can remember weighing in at is 138lbs, and I was probably around 12 at the time. Will see how things go and how I look as I lose the weight! I have no idea what to expect.0

I'm 5'1" & my goal is 130. At that point I'll evaluate myself - how I feel, look, fitness - & decide if I should maintain or lose another 5 - 10 lbs. I'm 42 & have 83 lbs to go.0

I'm around 5"2 and my goal is 120. Current is 130 and I can't get the scale to move. I keep gaining and losing the same 2 pounds . My highest was 160 and my lowest was 118 (at age 21).0

I am a very muscular 5'2" and have always labeled myself "short and stocky." I only really look good at 125 or less. I would love to get down to 117 to give myself some leeway to have fun on weekends, holidays, vacations, but at 54, it is harder and harder to lose weight!0
