Hi,
It is officially my one year anniversary since I started MFP. It has become more than a habit to use MFP and I don't think I could have done this journey without it!
I started at 235.6 and today I'm 159.7. Just about 76lbs! I still can't believe it myself! I went from size 18 (sometimes 20) pants to size 8. My shirt size was XL (sometimes XXL) and now I wear mostly M. Can't seem to get out of L's sometimes because of my chest. These things haven't changed their size one bit. Aren't' they usually the first to go?! (Ugh! I wish they would!!)
I want to lose about 10 more pounds and then I'm going to stop and hopefully focus on toning up. I'm nervous about maintaining, but think I'll be ok. Toning up is gonna be the hard part. I did ZERO exercise throughout the year...
I'm very proud of myself

AWESOME JOB!!!!
Weight training will help you to maintain and shape those lovely muscles right up and make you even smaller as your body fat turns to lean muscle!!! Your weight may go up but your size will go down!
Continued good luck!0 -
Absolutly Amazing!!! I hope anyone wanting to lose some weight takes a look at your pictures and it inspires them to start. In one year, you have made some amazing progress and you look great!!0

Congratulations!! That is so awesome and I can't believe you did it without exercising. Toning will be so good for you and just start with light hand weights or try a yoga class it will help you tone. You should be so proud. It takes serious determination to achieve that kind of weighloss and on your own is amazing. Keep it up. You look GREAT!0
