Nothing. I only want my butt "nekkid" self on the scale. That weighs enough without adding an extra ounce of anything.0

I wear my birthday suit! Seriously, it might sound strange, but your clothing may change throughout the year, even underclothes (don't laugh, I've seen it happen). But you can't beat the skin your in for consistency. ^_^0

Weighed in at the doctors with my boots and coat on today. It weighed 6 lbs more than when I weighed in at home which is 10 lbs less than when I started MFP! Yay me! My first milestone!0

if I'm going to take weighing myself seriously (pretty rare these days) I'll do it in the morning, before eating or drinking anything, after going to the bathroom and completely naked. that's my "base weight" as i think of it, usually if people ask how much I weigh I tack 3-5 lbs onto that.
