How do you log the 30 day shred?

I started the Jilliam Michael 30 day shred today and was curious as to how you track the exercise on mfp? I have ordered a HRM, but haven't received it yet. Thanks!!

    I think most people use circuit training, general as the cardio exercise to log. I did that for a few weeks until I got my HRM and it came pretty close to the estimate. It was only under by 20 or so calories, so not bad at all.

    I did the same thing as OOtrayn!!!! Having the HRM was GREAT!!!

    I log it as circuit training as well. Also, if anyone is interested, I started a 30 Day Shred group just yesterday. Feel free to join in...:happy:
