Hi all! I am about 5 weeks in to my weight loss journey. I am still 225 lbs, but I have been working on toning while I lose weight. I have had 2 previous c-section, so naturally my mid section hangs. Here is my progress so far :-)

great job! I, too have the overhang from my 3 c-sections. You are looking good!
  • Wow great work!
I have a question, so when.u have a c_section, ur stomach will always hang?

Some people may be lucky and lose the hanging pooch, but since c-section cut through the abdominal wall and sever muscles and nerve endings, it is really hard to get rid of it. Plus, if you have poor elasticity in your skin, you will most likely not be able to get a flat stomach after a c-section without some type of surgery.
  • Wow I never thought of it like that! Ever! And im studying to be a nurse.. For the longest I tjoight it would be better.. I didnt have a c section but I have a ugky belly
